The units are 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units which have been remodeled and being offered under the Section 42 Affordable Housing Program. Rental rates begin at $275.00 per month and increase from that point. Applicants must meet criteria to be eligible. This is not a Section 8 program, although they will be honoring Section 8 Vouchers. Several of the units will be accessible units and those persons with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
