Dedicated to providing advocacy and support that will contribute to improving lives at facilitating independence for people with developmental disabilities. Works to house mentally retarded individuals in a home-like setting and to train and teach them in a way that they may move on to a less restricted living arrangement. The Association operates a community integrated living arrangement (CILA) home for developmentally/mentally disabled adults. The Association serves Champaign County and surrounding counties.
