Dr. Phipps specializes in Family Practice Dr. Phipps is Board Certified in family medicine and is an ADA recognized provider by the American Diabetes Association. He has been affiliated with the Paris Community Hospital/Family Medical Center for 21 years. He received his medical degree from the University of Illinois. He completed his residency at the University of Kansas. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice, American Medical Association and the Illinois State Medical Society. His medical/research interests include adult onset diabetes mellitus, sports medicine and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
