Program/Service Notes

To provide a quality home and atmosphere to those who are in need of a group home setting. Provide three well-balanced meals per day, laundry services are provided, supervision of medications, all utilities (except personal cable for some beds) is included in rent. Travel to doctor appointments and other necessary travel is provided at minimal fee ($2-$5). Bathing and personal well being is monitored. Spending money and cigarettes are monitored for some residents. Any age adult accepted, however middle and elderly aged and up fit in more easily. Individual must be able to maintain their physical self and personal belongings. Must be of sound enough mind to understand their surroundings (no alzheimers). Rent is set by VA administration which is followed for all residents-$525/month for semi-private; $550/month for private. Exceptions made only if absolutely necessary.
